Live life now, don't wait. Do it now My 10 favorite moments of 2022 1. Moving to Canton Square - This was a life-changing moment for me, getting to live in my favorite neighborhood in Baltimore. Just two months into living there, I discovered Charm City Helicopters . They offered me a free flight around Baltimore in exchange for an on-air shout-out on my radio program with 89.9 FM WKCR. Being a show host has given me the benefits of being kind of an influencer and trying many things to review it on-air including flying around Baltimore in a helicopter. Floating around the sky was truly one of the coolest things I've ever done, especially in my hometown. 2. Living in Philly this spring / summer  - was so magical. One of the top highlights was going on an amazing date by bicycling to FTR skatepark while doing byob drinks, eating delicious food at Pennsport Beer Pub (my fav Philly bar), and going to see Thundercat, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and The Strokes at Citizens Bank Park to...
