2025

ABC2's WMAR News and WBAL News premiered interviews w me as a featured musician at Artscape 2025 and my mission to donate 100% of my merch proceeds to BARCS Animal Shelter. Baltimore Fishbowl , The Dundalk Eagle , BOPA Podcast , and 98 Rock did Q&A's w me about being a featured artist at Artscape as well.

Fightful, Yahoo News, MSN, WrestleZone , TJR Wrestling, Wrestling Inc. quoted my interview with Orange Cassidy. I think a few other did as well, but these were the ones I found easiest to find.

2024

Introspection Section reviewed my latest EP "Rated R Vacations" and gave insight to my stunt marketing background and creative history.

101.1FM KSFR radio interviewed me and premiered my new EP in its entirety on their programming, the day before my band played Santa Fe Portalsfest 2024

I interviewed Grammy nominated artist Tycho w 303 Magazine

In 2024, I ended my year with a total of running 1013 miles in 150 runs.

2023

WMAR ABC 2 News shared a photo of Pete Davidson and I that got over 10k engagements on the social media post

A poem I wrote titled "Verbal Escalation" was featured in Bourgeon Magazine and The Mid Atlantic Review 2023

My band played Petworth Porchfest, it was featured in the Washington Post

I interviewed Albert Hammond Jr. (The Strokes) and did a review of his new seltzer brand that he sent me, Jetway. It aired on 89.9FM WKCR NYC radio and was featured in several of music blogs including NME, Consequence Of Sound, Far Out Magazine, 303 Magazine, and more.

2022

New spoken word EP released 11.4.22. It was in rotation streaming on Metaverse Radio for a month and I performed it in front of hundreds of people live at ADMO Porchfest 10.15.22. Thanks to the shout out by Washington Post and ClockoutDC.

Flew in a helicopter as part of an ad read / on-air review I did for Charm City Helicopters.

Everything is unlikely without risk My top 10 favorite moments of 2024 1. Writing for 303 Magazine and interviewing Tycho while he was driving to Burning Man to play his annual set (surreal). Thanks to 303 for helping make this happen. 2. Playing Santa Fe (New Mexico) Portalsfest / releasing my latest album "Rated R Vacations" and being interviewed / having the album premiere in full on an NPR affiliate in NM, the night before the festival. 3.
