I hitched hiked on Leap Day from a bike shop to a co-op bike shop and saved $100 thanks to a Bikes Together volunteer. The night before, I was sipping free alcohol at an open bar while watching people fax pictures of their body parts to strangers at a party, French Punk.
I left a very, very odd voicemail to Terrible Records CEO/founder w/ a friend that knows him personally. Don't know Terrible Records by name? you definitely know the artists they have signed. Google it.
My band has inherited hundreds of new likes, listeners, and overall fans primarily from Africa due to creating a Facebook livestream series I created called "FOOD PORNO". Don't ask... I don't know why or how, but yes this true.
I literally watched a man almost burn to death alive while I was on a Tinder date at a patio bar. A car cut off a motorcyclist. The cyclist crashed, his bike blew up, he was physically to hurt to move. Strangers at the bar rushed over, threw him out of fire, sprayed it out with an extinguisher, and we paid our tab, and left.
Heath -
I ran 91.4 miles March, 2500 miles in 500 runs since downloading Strava in 2015. I ran with a Baltimore group called A Tribe Called Run. I meditated a streak of 33 days in a row on MyLife. I cooked and made new meals more times then I ever have before. Celebrated my 14th year of being vegetarian. I learned and investing in stock as well as Crypto.
I cook, meditate, exercise, self reflect monthly, update a daily gratitude list, set goals - beat them and repeat.
I read The Obstacle Is The Way by Ryan Holiday during the first week of the pandemic in March 2020. This book changed my life and assisted me in having the incredible year that I had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Lastly, I visited my aunt Lisa's grave in Delaware the day after my 31st birthday. Very grateful for that.
